No. It works this way in a RM non tax stock swap.
And I m basing this on what I saw in the PR so this is not set in stone as the deal is not finished, just proposed.
Lets work with even figures and go from 1.5 billion OS even though its 1.4 something.
Quasar would process a 1 for 4 reverse split based on what we have seen so far as a proposal.
The current price is .002
After the split you would have 25% of the share count that you have now, but the stock would open at .008, therefore your value has not changed.
The os would be reduced from 1.5 billion to 375 million.
Centaflix would be issued the 1,125 mm in restricted stock.
The Quasar share holders would own 100% of the free trading shares and the float would be 375mm
