I spoke with Stockfire about this weeks ago. Yes, Centaflix is doing the merger to raise capital, eventually. But in the short term, they are just going to continue to expand business, build up the share price, and then slowly sell stock once any restrictions are lifted. But this will be done while revenues are also increasing to continue to support the share price. It's a definite win for them and us.
