The difference between Bush and Clinton is that Clinton actually ran the country, while Bush is just being run by his bribers. He makes it so transparent, so obvious. In four years, when Bush is replaced by a Democ, people will look back on him as another Repub puppet that left the country in worse shape and more divided than he found it. Sounds like the 80's, doesn't it? At least this time it will only last four years instead of twelve, and we will be able to correct his mistakes a little easier. Who buys these lines about CO2 not being regulated due to the "energy crisis"? Even the Repubs who support him must know secretly that this is an excuse to repay the bribers that bought the White House for him. Or, that at least got him to the supreme Court, where he was S-elected by our "impartial" rightist judges. Oh well, we would be in a recession anyway, and if Gore were Pres., the Repubs and their propaganda outlet, FAUX News channel, would be putting all of the blame on Gore, and probably planning hearings to see why he had wrecked the economy. Maybe, they feel more "compassion" for their intellectually challenged President Selected.

I guess that's why Bush the 2nd has refrained from the old "read my lips" lie. He knew he would be breaking his promises before the votes had been counted.
