If GDHI has to spend money to deal with anything that happened when Elliot was in control, then GDHI can go after Elliot as well. It does not say that GDHI has to pay any Judgment and then get reimbursed from Elliot! That is just stupid and it's NOT in there.

GDHI is not reporting it because there is NO JUDGMENT against it.

You need to quit spreading this false information. GDHI's legal counsel might get ticked off enough to track you down. It wouldn't be the first time message board posters got into legal entanglements over exactly what you are doing.
