Unusual for them, I think the decline reflects the market and a gradual reduction in PE due to slower growth in QCOM. Watch $34, if breached on a closing basis, the $25 targets comes back into focus, and think that sometime in the next 6 to 8 months, QCOM might be made available in the mid $20'.
