Correct. We have determined, both through actions and calls to Colorado, that anyone can file a document with the Colorado SOS as long as they pay the fee. Therefore, I am relying on the PR's for who is in charge. Right now, it's Jeff.

As for prior documents with the SOS, all the documents filed with Colorado prior to the change in control issued in the PR, I still believe to be accurate as there were no concerns about fraud within those filings at the time. Hence, A/S is 1.5 billion.
