Both CCCL and PUDA used firms to broker the shares, such as Bream Murry, Maxim, Roth. They all (except Maxim) got their analysts to write up coverage.

These brokers can do the offering several ways. One they could offer their own clients, like an IPO. Or a worse case, like the Government did with Citicorp and sell them over time as a market maker. A quick glance at CCCL, the daily share trading counts were not unusually high around the time of their latest offering.
The number of Institutional owners went up.

A private deal, is what LPH did before, where someone contacted perspective buyers and offered a great deal plus warrants.
They doubled, or more on the initial investment, then got the upside on the warrants. Glen can talk to that, since was in on it.
