Is there another organization that will act on complaints besides the SEC?
Well, I suppose there would always be the legal recourse of a class action lawsuit were the class damaged but you can imagine the time and effort that would go in to that.
I have the same apprehensions and hesitations everyone else here does. I took a major beating in the dot com crash so I know what its like, believe me I do. This is why I'm digging for as much good information as I can and in as timely a manner as I can to post here. Even at that, there will be those that will question the validity of what I post after my conversation with Tom Gleason.
Everyone makes mistakes, I'm not infallible but know that any information I post here will be as accurate as I can make it. When I got the moderator position here I knew that it would require some degree of responsibility, know that I dont take this lightly and that I will do my best for anyone interested in RAPT.
