lolol. "Does not supersede the law"? It IS the law! It was part of the deal. It is legally binding, i.e., the Judgment was NOT against GDHI then or now. Why do you think our friend has not been able to satisfy the Judgment with GDHI? It is because GDHI has no liability. I am quite familiar with corporate law.
