Small buys driving up the SP with small sells to get most of the invested money back. It would allow him to slowly push the price up without a lot of money out of pocket. I'm sure that your opinion may be different and that you think that the buys are retail investors but from what I see with the size of the buys and sells it smacks of manipulation. JMHO
