This was a action filed against Diamond Power Sports and a judgment was awarded in Broward County in August of 2008 for non-payment of invoices. The new GDHI officers merged their company into the old Diamond Power Sports shell and renamed it. They essentially did a reverse merger and now are responsible for any liabilities that Diamond may have had. They probably have warrants from Pierre who was Diamond's President but what good are those if he is broke. GDHI has never responded to any of my attornies requests or emails. They do not list it as a liability which is incorrect and when and if they ever get financial audits it will be picked up as a judgment on public records. The damages with interest are approaching $40k. I even offered to take stock for the judgement and they never answered. If these people really want to build a "transparent" company one would think they would try and resolve this issue.
