HE did say "Working on CE status" my guess they will get it removed but are waiting on income to put on the bottom line to make it look better as there is probably a significant amount in the liabilities sections due to all the equipment purchased and any loans outstanding. I wouldn't be surprised to see it as advertised closer to mid April. There is a cost associated with removal other than the fee already paid. One has to do financials, a disclosure and attorney letter to update. I also think name change may follow soon after. IMO.
