Dilution! - How many times do we have to cover this? A dozen?

The latest available figures show 60 million shares of dilution. This occurred IMMEDIATELY after the percussionist increased the authorized shares by over a billion shares. Next quarters figures are not yet available.

The PROOF is in the ONE FIGURE, the ONE FACT, that can actually be independently verified about this POS company... the number of shares!! NOTHING else meaningful... revenues, profit, loss, cash, breakdown of supposed book value, etc, can be independently verified. However the DILUTION and the MASSIVE increase in authorized shares CAN be verified!

Of course, the "transparent" CEO (percussionist) didn't see fit to acknowledge the increase in authorized shares until almost 2 months after I posted that information here!

Repeat as of the latest public figures available, Emax has diluted 60 million shares.
