I believe that since they are continue doing business they need to make sure they figure out how to finance their operations while on bankruptcy. Otherwise, they will be forced to file chapter 7 (liquidation)and all that takes time... (i guess)since that will be the first question in court: - How are you going to manage all those stores you left open?
