Yes, The top trend line goes back to July and we need to break above that to truly run, I am not sure of the falling wedge if you go back further it looks more like a declining channel instead, The hourly and the 15min both are showing a descending wedge and that points to further decline ( at least short term)..I hope I am wrong..
