The shares might be coming from an insider, but they aren't coming from the company. The company doesn't need to sell shares into the market.
There sure are a lot of shares being sold though. It is pretty interesting. A T-trade is very possible today. It seems we always get them with a lot of volume and a downward pressure on the pps.
