I might add, I dont work near Burnside anymore and haven't for over 10 years. The problem was cleaned up and the Pearl District blossomed. PS - I think drugs and prostitution amongst adults should be legalized and taxed..it cost a lot of money to prosecute and lock people up for basically victimless crimes. I include alcohol in the category of drugs... so either make them all legal or make them all illegal.. and then the people will eventually demand them back... just like they did during prohibition.
