Mr. Comu specializes in turnaround management and restructuring of private and public company’s.

From 2005-2009 Mr. Comu, was Founder/Chairman/CEO of SUN Sports & Entertainment Inc., a public company that produces Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) live events to millions of viewers across the globe via cable and satellite television. The Company owns, the MMA Brands “Art of War” and “Mano-a-Mano”. Prior to founding SUN, Mr. Comu was a Professional Boxing Manager, handling pro fighters on HBO, FOX, ESPN.

From 2001-2005 Mr. Comu was Founder/Chairman/CEO of Humitech International Group Inc., an International Environmental Company that manufactured and distributed humidity control products for commercial and residential refrigeration applications via a world-wide Franchise Network. Mr. Comu built the operations to 100 US offices and 20 foreign Countries, driving revenue from zero to $4,000,000 in three years.

From 1995-2001, Mr. Comu was Founder/Chairman/CEO of Airtech International Group, a public company (Symbol: AIRG) that manufactured, “Indoor Air Purification Systems,” and its franchise division Airsopure. He guided the company from its inception, secured in excess of $10mm in private financing and took the company public on the Nasdaq exchange in 1998. The Company grew to a market cap of approximately $100mm. In 2001 the company was acquired by a California Venture Capital Firm and taken private.

From 1990-1995 Mr. Comu was Founder/Chairman/CEO of Transworld Leasing a full service equipment leasing and finance company. Transworld provided financial services through commercial banks for heavy equipment machinery, medical technology, aviation, computer systems and transportation.

From 1986-1990, Mr. Comu was the Founder/Chairman/CEO of Credit America Holdings, a private investment management and consulting firm involved in turnaround management, financial restructuring, and the financing of private equity transactions. The Company specialized in start up ventures.

From 1980-1986, Mr. Comu was Founder & Executive Vice President of MBA Corporate Group a financial application software company that developed the “Wall Street Analyst” a PC Based technical trading system for the stock and commodities market. Mr. Comu’s professional career started in 1980 as a Specialist in Precious Metals and Currencies for Conti Commodities Group.

Mr. Comu is a graduate from Langara College in Business Administration and has pursued post-academic studies in, marketing, finance, real estate and law. Mr. Comu is former President of the Addison Rotary Foundation, Former Vice Chairman of Galleria Credit Union, Charter Member of the Investin Forum. Mr. Comu is an active speaker at Southern Methodist University (SMU) to the Business Graduate Program on Venture Finance and Business Strategies. Mr. Comu has traveled internationally and conducted business in over 20 countries, and has been featured in numerous articles and interviews in print, radio and television.
