Now you can see where this was all at as of late December. Lawyers arguing with lawyers. Bad Bad. This can go on indefinitely but the S E C has the final word. The hassles are just starting .. I M O. Some of us said a long time ago that it was too complicated .. jiggery-pokery. Far too ambitious for a tiny Newfie Company. It sucks money -- big time !!
