Exactly! The SEC noticed on the website, and raised questions!
AFTER which the SEC was the reason for the delay.

We were already 4 months in, then the SEC was a problem until Dec 27Th...

What's the hold up NOW??? and PLEASE don't give me the BS about tracing back who owned the stock, because this is one time I agree with LuckyMyDog!

I DO BELIEVE we will get the shares eventually, BUT I DO NOT BELIEVE that Ken has been entirely honest about what is going on!
