So if Deutsche Bank owens 7.93% common shares (5,188,626) i would think this is great news but PPS went down, i bought on the filing as i thought it was great news.

Market value of the shares Deutsche Bank owns is almost 2 million at current PPS, isn't this a large Institutional ownership?
