Man, didn't think we would still see that much down volume any more. Interesting story last on a building project here in Chicago that is now defunct called the Chicago Spire, which was at one time to be the tallest property in North America. It basically went from super to nothing between 2007 and 2009. There are a lot of parallels between that project and this stock. Funding, evaluation of market, changes in market, ego, mismanagement, saviour seeking, to now just a deep hole in the ground which was to be the foundation.
