Many want to BUY AT THE BID and also put in limit orders under the quoted bid. That is the nature of the beast in stinky pinkyland. Hitting the ASK over and over is the ONLY way this will do any type of serious upticking. Most trade these and don't care what the actual BUSINESS is doing! Most ALL sub-penny pinky companies deep in debt with little to no revenue streams. A poster on this board said the CEO was working on alot of debt! That is why dilution will be coming in a few months. No doubt about it.
