What you said "must" happen did not...

There are no absolutes in technical analysis, fundamental analysis or sentiment analysis. All of this stuff fails from time to time. I spent many hours backing testing all manner of indicator and technique, they all failed, every single one of them. Of course, some did much better than others, but they all failed. That was the point I was making at the time, when you kept making post (paraphrased) saying this has happened in the recent past, so it "must" happen again.

The best we can to as technicians is work with probabilities there are no absolutes. Some tools have higher success ratios than others, but none of them come close to 100% when tested correctly.

When I see someone making absolute statements in their posts, I know they still have a lot to learn. And, the market "will" get around to teaching them...gg
