Well let's see here - how honest was he about being a real doctor - a "shrink" as he put it? And has an "investigative" background??I have found no evidence of that being true. All I found was he does estimates for sump pumps and sells a bunch on crap on the internet. So maybe he "investigates" where the water seeping into the basement comes from!
Of course he might hesitate to go to the SEC - he is apparently one of the largest shareholders.
Plus he was putting the r/m deal together with Jean Eric. A deal I might mention looks a tad suspect in itself.
All pretty self serving if you ask me.


As I thought, there is more than one "culprit" here.

As most of you know, I have been attempting to find a suitable target for reverse merger for AUCI for a long time. I have also been lending the company money to pay bills because I believe in the free market system and am appalled that a good company, run by good people could be &%cke# by market makers selling short.
I sent a press release to Market Wire on Wednesday February 02, 2011, the same press release that was sent out on the free wires earlier in the week. When it did not appear, I inquired. After several calls to various people and no calls back, I was informed that there was a previous account set up for AUCI. They assumed there was a scam and so did not process my account. Nor did they inquire or investigate. By Friday morning, I had the account in place and the release was to go out.
As I was resolving the issues with Market Wire, Doug Mann, President and CEO of AUCI was getting out of bed and checkinge-mail. He called me, (2 hours difference) and told me he had received an e-mail from some company offering 0.10 per share for all of AUCI shares. I immediately put a hold on the release until I could investigate the e-mail.
I was going away for a well deserved long weekend at the cabin, (no cell coverage) and returned to chaos. A press release went out this morning, and then was retracted this afternoon after the market pumped and someone or several dumped!
As some of you know, besides being a retired doc, I have an investigative background. I am just scratching the surface of the issue and have already found evidence that the perpetrators, were in fact on this board last week attempting to pump the stock. They have another company that has rolled back several times and is presently defunct.
Nothing has changed with the Amero International Deal, except that after having lunch today with the president of that company, he is appropriately concerned.
We are both still doing our due diligence. As explained to several people on the phone today, I felt that either it was someone who had a lot of stock to dump setting up a sting, or MMs who were getting trapped doing their thing. After investigating, I discovered that there were posts on this board that cross reference to other posts regarding other companies that they own that are defunct.
I will be meeting with Amero International again on Thursday and will send out a release after that. In the meantime, I hope that all bastards who manipulate our stock are caught, tarred and feathered and otherwise treated appropriately.

P.S. To whoever posted saying they had spoken to Dr. Newman's secretary, I have not had one for several years as I am retired. The rest of that post was crap as well.
As I gather and collate the evidence, I will be posting it online and will provide the address at the appropriate time.
