Congratulations to simplegreen, our new board monitor. I look forward to working with him as his assistant. It is with great honor that I accept this most prestigious appointment. I will do my best to accomplish the task that lies ahead with the dignity and diligence set forth by my predecessors.

The brave men that have gone before me have forged a standard that is to be cherished and revered. The esteem they have brought to this challenge has not gone unnoticed by me, and I am sworn to uphold the truths they have embraced.

Although the future is uncertain, I know that if I stay true to the established course, and have the support of all you loyal members, we can prevail against the maelstrom of uncertainty.

Surely, we can shed light into darkness, bring hope to the unconsoled, settle the doubt in the minds of the timid, and bring the American way to our huddled masses.
