I'm just assuming that if Parsons would have thought anything else of Bill's was promising that he would've already aquired it. You may want to check with CPWY, I haven't inquired about any plans regarding XLPI. Haven't heard from Bill in awhile either.
Only chance is for someone to buy the shell. Who knows, maybe one day it'll be worth alot under someone else.
