Would MNTA turn down any partnership opportunity with a respectable partner as long as it didn't require it to spend significant cash ($25 million upfront, single digit royalty, and some sales milestones)?

I think that question highlights the issue. It is one thing to say that the company wants broad partnerships with large players. But when they are inking no deals with anyone for so long it leads to questions about the value of what MNTA has to offer.

Cherry-picking off small worthy deals would at least show some positive movement.
