Hey vita! There is no way any of us could possibly know the answers to your questions at this point. Check out the website for 3Power Energy (listed above on this board) and you'll see the press release detailing the planned merger with Seawind and also, Prime Sun Power's plan to change to 3Power Energy after the merger. These of course are "forward looking statements" but being that we have members here who have already uncovered some wonderful information in their DD, including but not limited to the fact that there are now 2 sites (news post and Scottrade) that list PSP as 3Power.....and that the gentleman who will be the CFO of 3Power (was exclusively with Seawind at the time of the PR) is preparing and signing SEC filings for 3Power; AND the fact that under the "contact us" section of the 3Power website it has Seawind's contact information (phone numbers and such), well, it appears that the merger is not only well underway but also, may actually be finalized already imo. This is all stellar information in my opinion and when you do some more of your own DD, I truly believe you'll agree imho!!! Check it all out and GLTY! Go PSPW!!!
