Agreed Balihi, You can keep investors updated even if you had a Phantom NDA. You just can not mention who But you can certainly update shareholders on the rest of the company business... Notice that Rockbridge company does alot of updates But they are very late on their REE drilling results Are REE drilling assays as easy as you think The refining process is hard I know..
