gotcha...the single comes out before albums.(and note that the shoot can happen in Feb but album/video released in May/June)....but you have a decent point...adjustments can and do happen, BY LABELS, ...

e.g.; avril levigne's label sat on her album for one year...her tweets show her utter frustration and lack of control..so hopefully Howie D has more control/say...
