I don't think it's halted.

It's just that nobody is interested in paying 23 cents a share here.

I'd like to see a good reasonable explanation of why the shares are valued at 23 cents. If it made sense, I might even add more. But, I just don't see it.

I invest in companies that I think will make me money. And everything I say is just my opinion.
