It does seem that it is harder for the pumpers to make their case this time and the last that they tried to make it run. Those watching this are not as gullible as before. If you don't have them there is no one to buy it up to the pumpers dump levels. Starts rising only to fall back. That is a good thing. Means the pps stays closer to where it belongs until higher levels are warranted by NEWS. oops I said I wasn't going to say that until this run ran its course. Maybe it already has.
