The allegations have a lot of meriT from Thoma and Sussman. The Hedgies would have countered with a massive law suit if they had nothing to worry about. They cannot afford to be in court ,they know that the evidence out there ( and allready collected) is their titanic.

We await the whisle blower,and the Hedgies await for mercy from Sussman. A.I.M.H.O
