With all respect and on a note my intentions are to find answers not bash or pump this. Ive bought apple approved cases for my iphones as well as my MacBooks. On more than one occasion the"apple approved" cases have almost instantly cracked or broken with normal use, as well as approved car chargers etc. So not all "apple approved" products are amazing, nor are their own products as I have had my MacBooks and iphone taken in and repaired for faulty manufacturing. However there is the public stigma that apple=quality, which is true more so than most other smartphone/computer manufacturers.
On a more positive note, griffin technology was a mediocre company at best who embraced apple products since around 94. Once the ipod /iphones took off they where first on board and got Certified by Apple as a "Works with iPhone" product and Certified by Apple as a "Made for iPod" product from apple. Now they sell chargers that cost .30 cents to make for 30$. Snrs could follow in their shoes who knows.
As for the dilution, I don't know it could be something else, they might have secured financing from a chinese bank they have yet to tell us. Untill than im going off their past history with constantly adding shares to the market and assuming its for money to help finance themselves. How else would you explain the 900,000 block sells back to back in most instances. Im all ears if anyone has an answer.

Either way im all for snrs and im heavily invested in this stock and hope for the best just looking for answers which im sure within 2 weeks we will have.
jmo, good luck
