If you're talking about CPOW licensing the technology from that other company's patent to enhance plant oil yield - CPOW doesn't grow plants, they grind them up.

Also, that other company is desperate for money to fund their research and pre-clinical trials, so I expect they're going to be giving beaucoup preference to the deep-pockets.
