I think the O/S is the only thing that has held her back, there where talks of a R/S early last year and that always spooks any intelligent investor. The O/S in the long run will be fine if they keep it under control. With Lynas and Molycorp both sitting with $3-$4 billion market caps, I think we can easily get to half of their valuations which would put us near $4...

These $1's look quite yummy here imo...
