Share buy back would not be for some time IMO. Funds are just too critical to keeping their plan moving forward. When making money is normally the time for that. One thing that could be done to stabilize is cap the unlimited authorized status to a # close to issued and outstanding. It would lessen dilution fears (if there are any) w/o costing them $.
