The Low of the Day is $11.29 and the 50 Day Moving Average is $11.26 so we will soon find out if that big support level is where the Institutions will want to come in.

My "guess" is that there will be some covering prior to the Close because you just never know whether or not Management is going to put out some earth-shattering QPSA News in that CC this afternoon. If so, we move up. If not ??
