DonBalon I believe that WF & CF presently own a 27% combined aggregate stake. With a Fortune-100 company seeking to take a 20% equity stake with $5Mil. cash added to the till, the newly formed venture would still be uncomfortably below a 51% majority ownership. The poison pill and anti-take over clauses will allow NEOM to issue up to 1Bil. shares total, but anything over that amount would require the approval from a majority vote of the current shareholders. NEOM knows this, and I believe they are working expeditiously to regain a majority ownership foothold quickly. I believe there are aprox. 435Mil. shares O/S to date.
