Sorry...but I have to disagree; I would view this manipulation unfavorably and consider it to be a poor use of coprorate cash resources by NEOM management. I prefer to see management spend any cash it gets from Cornell on growing the business(es)--that's where we'll get the biggest pps growth IMO. Once NEOM is a fat cat with $500MM in the bank we can rightfully talk about the utility of stock buy backs, but NOT now.
