A "buy" means the trade was at or nearer the ask price
A "sell" means the trade was at or nearer the bid price
?Vol means the trade was dead between the bid & ask.

At least this is my understanding of that report, which had to be explained to me by another poster. If this is incorrect I apologize and ask for someone to re-explain it to me.
