In it is a series of emails to the State of Alaska DNR and ND's actual CPQ which was submitted by them to get approval for their 5 shallow holes drilled on those purchased lands. That is where the township map came from and all the coordinates. This document is what is submitted in lieu of a permit when drill holes are less than 300 feet as these were. But it is still comprehensive in defining the status and location of the area involved.
