I am not telling you what they do, I am telling you what they are supposed to do. Just like you will probably tell me there is no naked short selling in the pinks either, but I would beg to differ.
This is however (or will be again tomorrow) a fully reporting QB stock and so far, they have been following the rules and filing fully. I am sure they have been issuing shares correctly also.
