David Risinger, Morgan Stanley - “I was hoping that you could provide some color on Lovenox, if you could just walk us through the issues and the timeline that would be very helpful”

TEVA - “Hey david how are you? Thanks for the question. Well you know as we updated last month we, uh, received a minor deficiency letter with, uh, a short list of questions. And um, We intend to answer in the near future; and I really can’t say anymore than that. We don’t really plan on updating Lovenox until we launch now.”

David - “and just as my follow up, in terms of launch could you characterize when in 2011 you are expecting to launch?”

TEVA - “As soon as I get approval”
