United American Corporation (NASD OTCBB:UAMA) wishes to inform its shareholders that it will delay filing of its 10k Annual Report for the period ending Dec. 31, 2004. The spin-off of its wholly-owned subsidiary TeliPhone has resulted in the need for additional time to properly separate the two entities in order to produce clear and concise financials for both companies.
