Amphastar v. FDA:

I am hoping one of the litigators can chime in, but I think your time line for the Amphastar litigation is slightly off. I believe that the FDA has already answered Amphastar's complaint with a motion to dismiss and to strike. This motion will be publicly released in the near future in a redacted form. Amphastar now has till March 3 to answer this motion to dismiss. And then the FDA will have about 3 weeks, till March 22, to respond to Amphastar's response. All of these responses will probably be filed in redacted form but may still provide some insight.
