few weeks ago, i sent an email to info@kdkn, requested some explanation on Mr Tighe stategy regarding his position with Kdkn & Cougf

The only answer was:

Dear Sir – as Mr. Tighe is the single largest shareholder of Kodiak (and never sold any shares of Kodiak) and only a nominal shareholder of Cougar – what you suggest – does not make sense. His greatest upside is in the growth of Kodiak by many orders of magnitude.
Mr. Tighe works where it is appropriate for the common good of both companies – based on priorities established by the Board of Directors of both companies and what makes the best business sense with the assets of each and the financing available to each.

I sent another email to Tamo, last week. but no answer
