440 million shares x (.05) = 20 mil market cap. If you haven't read the news lately they just signed an agreement with victory packing for 120 million over the next 5 years.
This makes me believe that the company is atleast worth 120 million. So even with 440 mil shares outstanding the share price should be somewhere around 27 cents. Not to mention this is only one deal they have signed.
They probably needed the 1.1 million they recieved in cash for sale of the shares to pay off previous business debts and have money to operate their new diamant film.
I know this is a what if, but what if the government makes it a standard to make the film recyclable?
