I highly suspect the jva will be very disappointing "worse than anyone expected" -

So you a agree there is a JVA that is a good start and you are right there will be people highly disappointed with the agreement because they neither bought the stock or sold too soon before the terms were released. That is because the terms of the JVA is better than management has expected, so it is much better than any shareholder expected.
